Jammu university Organized the Jammu University Entrance Test 2017 for admission to the Post graduate programs, Post Graduate diploma programs and under graduate programs of the Jammu University Main campus/ Offsite Campuses and affiliated colleges for the Academic year 2017-2018.Admissions will be made based on the Academic Merit and Jammu university Entrance Test 2017.Interested and Eligible Candidates can get the information regarding JUET 2017 Application form filling process, Exam fee, Important dates etc on this page.

Online Submission of JUET 2017 application form starts from second week of May, 2017
last date for submitting Online Application form Fourth week of May,2017
Downloading of JUET Admit cards First week of June, 2017

Eligibility Criteria for JUET 2017
For Master Degree(Excluding M.phil and ph.D), Bachlore Degree(LLB),B.Lib.I.Sc, and B.P.Ed: Candidates should have done graduation with Science, Commerce, Arts or Business Administration.
Candidates should have done two years of Degree Course followed by 10+1+3 or 10+2+2 pattern. More Over, they should done one year of duration bridge course consisting part III of B.Sc/B.Com/BA.
Applicants should have minimum 40% of marks in 3year degree course. For SC/ST candidates should have minimum 36% marks.
Applicants who do not belong to territorial of the Jammu University but Scored at least 60% of Marks BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BCA can also apply.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.650/- for general category and Rs.550/- for SC/ST/ST(Leh/Kargil).The candidates who are willing to be considered Under self financing seats has to submit additional Rs.550/- along with the Entrance fee. Applicants can pay the Application fee through Jammu & Kashmir Bank Chelan.
Exam Pattern
For PG and UG Courses ,there are different Question papers will be given by the University. One for the students appearing after 12th class and other for applicants appearing after graduation. Question paper will Consists of 150 Objective type Questions for 150 marks .One Mark will be allotted for each correct answer. Time Duration for the Test is 150 minutes. There will  also negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer.Question will be asked from General English-40 Marks, Reasoning- 40 marks, General Knowledge- 40 marks, Numerical Ability- 30 Questions.
Guidelines for filling online Application form: Candidates will be required to Apply online through the website www.juet.in.Once JUET Entrance application form is submitted online, system will generate the challan from pre printed with candidate's details. Candidates are required to pay requisite fee at any of the designated Branches of Jammu & Kashmir Bank through Online mode.On payment of requisite fee through Computer generated challan, the process for the Online Application will be Completed.
